Request Redeal
We have a rule in our version of Rook that you have the option of requesting a Redeal if you were not dealt any point cards. When this occurs the cards are redealt by the previous dealer, counterclockwise at the table. We call this "Backing Up The Deal." Would it be possible to consider adding an optional "Request Redeal" type of step in the configuration Settings?
Other people call this declaring a misdeal.
A new version of Blackbird was just released that supports misdeals! By default, the official rules are set to request a misdeal when there are no point cards. The Western Wyoming rules are set to request a misdeal when there are no cards above a 9. In your custom rule sets, you can choose between no point cards, no cards above 9, or no cards above 10.

I agree. Should have the option of misdeal with no point cards and no cards over 10.

@Johnnny, Is it no cards over 10 or none over 9? Others that play with this rule are saying that if you have a 10, you can't call a misdeal. Is that the way you play?

What if the cards were just automatically re-dealt when this happens? So, you would never see a hand that needed to be re-dealt. This would make the implementation a lot easier especially for the multiplayer game.

I think if there are no points a redeal button should pop up on that persons screen and they can choose to call a redeal before they bid. That way they can choose to play it out still if they want.

I vote for, if you have no points. An option button for calling a mis-deal.
